Our Catholic Faith is the basis of why this school exists.  We, parents and staff, feel that the development of the whole child is of the utmost importance!  At Assumption we are blessed as an independent school to be able to address the moral issues that face our students from a Christ centred perspective.  The religious aspects of the school are infused in everything that we do: Science Classes, Art, preparation to receive Sacraments, special events, ….  It is who we are.

All students are required to participate in the religion programs in their classes; however, we are not trying to convert the non-Catholic!  We ask that non Catholic students are respectful of our beliefs. They learn about Catholicism, as they share their own faith journey with us.
