Aims of the PTA

·      To foster cooperative and open communication between parents and teachers.

·      To enable parents to understand the school system and its policies.

·      To raise money through fundraising to support in the non-funded needs of the school.

The PTA is always looking for parent participation with fundraising needs. The PTA currently has 3 major fundraisers every year.

·      Coffee/Tea Sales

·      Poinsettia Sales

·      Walk-a-thon

A percentage of the sales made by each family goes toward each family’s obligated fundraising requirement.

In addition, the PTA is hosting the 2^nd Annual PTA Valentine Dance, which was a huge

success last year. The venue has changed from the parish hall to the Italian Hall to accommodate more people.

The PTA would also like to see all families at their General Meetings, which are posted on the monthly calendars.
