Powell River Academy of Music is our music center. Kathaumixw is a world-renowned international choral festival held once every two year. It is next to be held this coming July 2006.
SOAP (Symphany Orchestra Academy of the Pacific) is a new program designed to prepare students for a career in music and a position in an orchestra. Students come from all over the world to be screened and then attend.
